He is an accomplished Financial Adviser, Business Consultant, Public Speaker and Philanthropist who directly assists individuals, families and businesses to financially improve, grow and flourish while helping reach and exceed clearly identified objectives, goals, and dreams! Rob started his advisory career in 1990 serving individuals and families to protect and plan for their future, then expanded into business consulting and 401(k)/Retirement Plan development in 1995. His personal clientele range from billionaires, entertainers, and pro athletes to COB/CEO’s, private business owners, and young families just starting out. Chris is the Chief Financial Officer for our IBP New England offices and oversees all corporate development in that region. Chris has been helping small to mid-size business and individual clients with all their tax planning needs since he graduated with a degree in accounting and passed the CPA exam in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Christy is the Chief Financial Officer for our IBP Florida offices and oversees all corporate development in that region. Christy has a unique wealth of business knowledge from over twenty years of experience in accounting and selling real estate. She began her career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouse Coopers after graduating from Bentley University with a degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

MaryElllen is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (PHR®), a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource (SPHR®), and is a IBP HR team member. She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration, a Master’s of Science (MS/HRM) in Human Resources Management, and an MBA in Finance. She has over 20 years of experience in multiple business areas including HR, Operations, Labor Law, OSHA, FLSA, as well as employee training and development. She is currently a member of The Florida Bar Nineteenth Circuit Grievance Committee, the District Director for HRMA Florida and a Past President of the local Martin County Chapter of HRMA.

Faith is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (PHR®), a Certified Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP®) and is an IBP HR team member. She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree (MS/HRDA) in Human Resources Development and Administration. She has over 20 years of diverse business leadership and HR experience in areas such as Employee Recruitment, Engagement, Performance and Retention, Benefits and Compensation, Payroll and Workers Comp, Labor Law, OSHA, and FLSA. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HRMA of Martin County where she served as Certification Chair, President-Elect, President, and Past-President. Her most recent volunteer and leadership role was serving as HR Florida’s State Council as Director of Awards and Recognition in 2015.
Michelle is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (PHR®), and is an IBP HR team member. She has a Masters in Employment Law (MBA/MSEL), a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems (BS/MIS) and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She has over 25 years of experience in various HR and Business Controller positions and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Sheryl is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (PHR®), and is an IBP HR team member. She has a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources (MBA/HRM) and a Bachelor’s of Science (BS/HM), Hospitality Management. She has over 20 years of human resource and corporate operations experience and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Association of Palm Beach County.
Michael is an independent HR & Business consultant for IBP. He has over 35 years of HR experience and holds a Doctorate in Health Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, and two undergraduate business degrees. He is a Certified OSHA instructor and consultant, holds a law certificate in Employee Relations and Benefits Law, and teaches Principles of Health Insurance, Business Administration, law, and ethics courses as an adjunct professor. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals and the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut.
